The purpose of this letter is to express our appreciation for the professional assistance and manner of Michael Stewart. Michael is a rare find in our day. He understands that in order to succeed in business, one must focus not on sales, but on solutions to customer problems in their homes.

Of the three quotes we received for our leaky windows, only Michael sought to resolve our issue. The others simply wanted to sell us windows. Honestly, we knew that we wanted to upgrade our windows, but we had the issue of the leaks. Michael solved this problem and spent an enormous amount of time with us discussing our options. It was clear to us, after spending time with Michael, that he and Advantage were the people we wanted to deal with.

And while yours is not the least expensive product at which we looked, it is a quality product, and one that was installed by men who were expert and professional.

This is a note to inform you all of the wonderful job Advantage Windows did in putting
in my windows and sliding door. From the owners to the workers everyone was so nice.
They even cleaned up their mess. Even after the job was done they came by (Mike and Scott)
to make sure all was well.

I truly can't say enough about the company especially in a time when customer satisfaction
seems to mean so little to others.
